Matthew Komp, Sales Representative

Matthew joined B&T Roofing Ltd. in 2006 as an installer, then moved to production.  Matthew lives in Worthington with his son, Brennan.  A 1999 graduate of Thomas Worthington High School, Matthew holds Owens Corning and CertainTeed Master Shingle Applicator and Air Vent Attic Ventilation: Ask the Expert™ certification.   In his spare time, Matthew enjoys working around the house, attending Delaware Vineyard Church and playing with Brennan.  Matthew can be reached at 614/806-3129.

Robert Bills, Service Supervisor

Originally from Youngstown, Ohio, Robert is the go-to guy when your roof is rickety, your gutters are groaning or your siding is sagging.  Robert's father was a general contractor, so he was a natural addition to the B&T Roofing Ltd. team in 2000.  Robert quickly progressed from his original responsibilities as a laborer to his current position as Service Supervisor, in part through continuing education and certification, such as:

  • CertainTeed Master Shingle Applicator™
  • Air Vent Attic Ventilation:  Ask the Expert™ Seminar
  • EPA Lead Certified (Renovator Initial)
  • Certified Installer, GenFlex, Mule-Hide and Versico Flat Roof Systems
  • Owens Corning Roofing University:  Top of the House Certified Preferred Contractor Certification Program

When he's not recommending just the right repair for our homeowners, Robert enjoys going to the gym, being outdoors and spending time with his son, Robert Jr.

  Todd Nicholson, Production Manager
  • CertainTeed Master Shingle Applicator™ Wizard
  • Air Vent Attic Ventilation:  Ask the Expert™ Seminar

As Production Manager for B&T Roofing Ltd., Todd is responsible for quality control, customer satisfaction and crew supervision.  A lifetime Westerville resident, Todd attended Westerville South High School and enjoys  video gaming, disc golf and a variety of outdoor activities.  Todd's the proud father of one son, age 8.

Ritchie Santiago, Technician

  • CertainTeed Master Shingle Applicator™ Wizard
  • Air Vent Attic Ventilation:  Ask the Expert™ Seminar

Jeff Kotch, Ryan Billing, Kyle Baker, Nick Blackburn and Aaron Duda, Crew Members

Josh Benner, Warehouse Manager

Everything that goes out, has to come in.  And Josh is responsible for making sure that your shingles, siding, gutters and accessories are the right brand, style and color, and that they arrive just in time and ready for installation.  A 2008 graduate of Bowling Green State University, Josh enjoys writing, surfing the internet, McDonald's fountain Coke.  In his free time, he enjoys reviewing Wikipedia articles on great literary works, then pretending that he's actually read those timeless classics.  If Josh could have any superpower, he'd choose the ability to freeze time.

Shelly Muth, Welcome Crew Boss

Eleven-year-old Shelly doesn't get to the door quite as quickly as she once did, but she's still at the front of the line when it comes to greeting our visitors.  A sheltie-terrier mix, Shelly is seen here with her summer hairdo, for which she has forgiven Tracy (after a traumatic trip to the groomer's, she'll be so much more comfortable in the hot weather!).  Watch for Shelly's adorable "dog grin" when she greets you!

Cosmo Muth, Welcome Crew Rookie

Allegedly daughter Amanda's pug, two-year-old Cosmo has accompanied Tracy to work from the day he came home.  Originally small enough to snooze atop her desk on his own little pillow, Cosmo now occupies the chair behind Tracy's desk for his morning and afternoon naps.  Although Shelly is undoubtedly "top dog" when it comes to welcoming visitors, Cosmo lends his voice to the fray (from a safe distance).  If Shelly's our welcome dog, Cosmo is our MVP--Most Valuable Pug.
